WHAT IS A PIEGA??

We take Neapolitan pizza dough made in house and stretch it out, fold it in half and bake it at 800 degrees for about a minute. We then open up the fold and fill it with amazingly fresh ingredients and flavor combinations to make a meal like no other. Piega means fold in Italian and we love our Piegas!
